Ben Brantley is a 2019 1B/RHP/3B with a 6-4 215 lb. frame from Hernando, MS who attends Hernando HS. Big and strong athletic build, pretty mature physically. 7.29 runner, good one spot agility at first base, makes accurate throws from multiple arm angles. Left handed hitter, hits from a wide stance with a toe tap trigger, tight inside swing path, tends to hit around the ball, pull side approach but without the current extension and separation to drive the ball, has the strength to develop has a hitter with adjustments. Very good student.
