Brett Hedges is a 2019 2B/SS with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Highland Village, TX who attends Marcus. Medium frame with a lean build. Frame projects to support additional size with strength. Primary second baseman with smooth paced, sound footwork while traveling to and surrounding the baseball. Funnels the baseball out front and worked through exchange with fluidity. Throws generated some on line carry across the infield topping at 71 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with a smooth, repeatable swing plane. Looks to lift the baseball to the gaps and flashed the barrel control to work to all fields. Utilized a quick front side trigger and consistently delivered the barrel to baseball throughout batting practice. Good student as well.
