Drake Roberts is a 2020 C/IF with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Miramar Beach, FL who attends South Walton HS. Slender young athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. 6.88 runner, has quick athletic actions behind the plate, good hands receiving the ball, lots of arm strength for his size, gets on top of the ball with good carry, 1.95 best pop time, has the tools and athleticism to be a strong next level catcher. Right handed hitter, straight stance, early stride into contact, upper half swing, short level swing with middle of the field line drive contact, will need to use lower half more to help create bat speed. Good student.
