Brian Brown is a 2019 3B/RHP/MIF with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Marlton, NJ who attends Camden Catholic HS. Broad shouldered strong build. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a wide base and a stride into contact that gets him very spread at contact, rotational swing with a pretty short hand path to contact, swings with intent and creates some whip to the barrel, pull approach with some lift out front, will get off balance at times when he's too spread, has hitting tools to develop. 7.69 runner, moves well on defense with fluid actions in his lower half, changes slots well throwing and gets good carry across the diamond. Also pitched, has a long arm action and a high 3/4's arm slot, works from the stretch with a slow paced delivery, some effort at release. Fastball topped out at 82 mph, mostly straight. Curveball showed good spin and depth. Good student.
