Alex Moelter is a 2022 3B/RHP, IF, OF with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Milton, GA who attends Cambridge. Large frame with an athletic build showing broad shoulders and a strong lower half. Ran a 7.15 second sixty yard dash. Primary Third Baseman, sitting back a bit on the baseball as he makes sure to keep it in front of him. Stays low as he gathers deep before working into a quick transfer. Low slot release as he proved to be accurate while throwing it 80 mph during drills. Right-Handed Hitter, starting balanced and upright in the stance while slightly closed off. Hands are high as he works into separation while the hands sink. Uphill path to the zone as he impacts deep in the hitting zone. Some power present when he finds the barrel. Great Student.
