Jesus Fortis is a 2022 SS/2B with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Bayamón, PR who attends American School. Recorded a 7.13 second 60-yard dash time. Younger, athletic frame with room to add strength. Primary shortstop with active feet and excellent range. Simple glove hand actions with quick releases on throws recorded up to 74 mph across the diamond. Righthanded hitter with an even base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Hands work well in the swing and has a direct path to contact. Line drive oriented approach and works the ball to all fields. Tremendous student.
