Robert Moore is a 2020 SS/2B with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Leawood, KS who attends Shawnee Mission East. Compact athletic build with some present strength. 7.01 runner, plays defense at a much greater speed than his sixty time, charges the ball very hard with very quick and active feet, always on balance, elite level hands with a lightning quick exchange on his throws, accelerates through every ball, plays with flair, bounce and energy. Switch-hitter, pretty equal from both sides, has the same quick hands that generate his bat speed, short and quick to the ball with a pull side approach, looks more comfortable and natural from the right side but the left side works just as well in the end. Very polished player, grew up in MLB ballparks as the son of Royals General Manager Dayton Moore. Good student, verbal commitment to Arkansas. Named to play in the Perfect Game All-American Classic.
