Wayne Wilkerson is a 2021 OF/2B with a 6-2 155 lb. frame from Hampton, GA who attends Eagle's Landing. Tall and slender frame with room to fill throughout. Ran a 6.78 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, feet work well moving to and through the baseball, drives through gather with a quick arm action and smoothness to his release, topped out at 85 mph from the outfield with accuracy to his target. Right-handed hitter, sets up at the plate with an open stance and a high back elbow, leg lift triggers into contact, shifts in well but could get a little more from his lower half for improved pop, gets the head out in front with a feel for the barrel to the pull side. Good student.
