Andrew Hill is a 2024 SS/RHP/C with a 6-4 200 lb. frame from Knoxville, TN who attends Central. Big time projectable frame with advanced muscular development for his class, definitely looks the part. Ran the 60 yard dash in a very impressive 7.03 seconds considering his length and size at the present. Primary position SS, displaying very fluid actions with the glove, securing the ball and handling all the plays. Rangy to his glove side and to the backhand, covering significant ground and displayed the dexterity to throw from any slot based on the play. Quality accurate arm strength up to 80 mph across the diamond. Made several special plays in game action. RHH working from a well balanced stance and stays upright to start which allows him to create good leverage in the swing. Bigger leg lift trigger and showed good loft, especially to the pull side with good power projection. Secondary RHP, gathering over the rubber and getting a slight upper body tilt towards 1B before transition. Full deep arm path that stays inline creating some deception and works through a 3/4 arm angle. FB up to 83 mph with spin typically above the 2,000 rpm range with some life and occasional cutting action. CB in the upper 60's projecting as a quality pitch longterm as spin tightens and velocity picks up and a firmer CH in the upper 70's with some boring action. Really intriguing two-way potential with present physicality and is an accelerated student, excelling in the classroom.
