Sebastian Feliciano is a 2019 SS/2B with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from San Juan, PR. Slender young athletic build, plenty of room to get stronger. Very good runner, 6.54 in the sixty. Quick athletic movements in the infield on defense, comes through the ball well and shows good range in all directions, quick release on his throws, very good arm strength and the ability to throw from all angles. Right handed hitter, hits from an open, narrow stance with a short line drive swing, low hand start, high contact approach, has good fundamentals to build from with additional strength. Will keep improving.
