Hunter Cranton is a 2019 RHP/3B with a 6-3 170 lb. frame from Dana Point, CA who attends JSerra Catholic HS. Slender young build with long legs and some width to hips to grow into, physically projects well. Flexible leg raise delivery with a high arm circle in back, high 3/4's arm slot with good angle. Upper 80's fastball, touched 90 mph, mostly straight, move velocity to come. Curveball is his pitch, has very tight spin and outstanding power, 12/6 shape with bite and depth, very difficult to hit when in the zone. Developing change up. Lots to project based on his body and curveball. Very good student, verbal commitment to Arizona.
