Freddy Albaladejo is a 2019 RHP/1B with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Lake Mary, FL who attends Seminole High School. Extra-large, athletic frame with broad shoulders and physical strength throughout frame. Ran a 7.44 60-yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, begins delivery with a leg lift up past belt and slight coil, hip turn before striding down the mound. Full and loose arm action through the back side, repeats delivery and shows sound mound presence. Quick feet on pickoff move. Front side opens early upon release, creates some cut action to fastball, topped out at 81 mph, projects for more velocity with better directionality. Needs to maintain arm speed on curveball and changeup but shows feel and throws for strikes in mid- to upper-60s. Good student.
