Cameron Moore is a 2017 SS/RHP, 2B with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Alpharetta, GA who attends Cambridge High School. Medium build and frame, athleticism, and room to continue to fill out physically. Posted a 7.07 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary shortstop, showed a very quick release and sound defensive actions. Showed ability to vary slot up the middle and was balanced on the move. At the plate, started with a wide base, open stance, medium hand set, and a large leg lift timing mechanism. Linear swing plane through the zone and flashed hand quickness. Could use additional lower half incorporation with a clean hand path to the ball. Good student.
