Hueston Morrill is a 2018 SS/RHP with a 6-0 168 lb. frame from Live Oak, FL who attends Suwannee HS. Slender athletic build, lots of physical projection. 6.93 in the sixty, has quick actions in the infield, gets rid of the ball quickly with plenty of arm strength, like the release, clean hands and footwork through the ball. Right handed hitter, spread stance, swings hard and is looking to drive the ball, gets good extension through contact, good bat speed, has balance in his swing and can drive it to all fields. Projects some interesting power for a middle infielder if he can get stronger, very consistent barrel. Very good student, verbal commitment to Oklahoma State.
