Kevin Martin is a 2019 1B/RHP with a 6-4 220 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends St. Brendan HS. Big and strong thick chested build. Right handed hitter, sets up with high hands and a high back elbow, inside swing path with middle of the field to opposite field contact, hands not in position to turn the barrel and use his strength, has the tools to hit with adjustments. Clean actions at first base with good hands and balance. Also pitched, cross fire delivery with turn and throw mechanics, compact high 3/4's arm slot. Threw almost all fastballs, topped out at 88 mph, flashed a change up. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Florida.
