Nicolas Crossing is a 2019 1B with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Newnan, GA who attends Newnan HS. Big and tall athletic build, lots of physical projection remaining. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a short stride into contact, compact swing with tight hands through his swing, has some hand quickness but limited extension through contact, mid field to opposite field approach, will go the other way with pitches, has the size and leverage to open up his swing for more power. 7.14 runner, has good agility at first base with developing arm strength. Should continue to improve with additional strength and physical maturity. Good student.
