2015 Florida Top Prospect Showcase
Jake Crandon is a 2016 2B/SS with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Cape Coral, FL who attends Canterbury HS. Compact frame, sturdy, mature athletic build with present strength. Ran a 7.28 60-yard dash. Moves pretty well in the infield, developing actions, bends at the waist, shows softer hands on routine plays, developing arm strength, profiles at second base. Right handed hitter, tight hands set, stays balanced well throughout swing. Shows comfort in working to the opposite field, uses barrel well in that direction with line-drive swing plane. Very good student.
