Eddie Davis is a 2019 MIF/OF with a 5-7 155 lb. frame from Slidell, LA who attends St. Augustine. Small frame with a strong build and square shoulders. Ran a 7.03 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary middle infielder. Athletic actions around the baseball. Quickness in closing to the ball and throughout transfer. Long range to both sides and fields out front with soft hands. Good potential just needs to add some arm strength topping out at 72 miles per hour. Righthanded hitter with a wide base and high hand set. Looks to elevate meeting the ball out front. Bat speed when generating lift in swing. Shows feel for the barrel. Excellent student as well.
