JT Turley is a 2017 LHP/ with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Bradenton, FL who attends IMG Academy. Medium-large frame with good athleticism and room to fill out. Long and loose arm action on the mound, balanced throughout, varies arm slot between high 3/4 and straight overtop but generates good downhill plane to plate from either slot. Low effort, online delivery. Showed quality sinking FB in the 77-79 range, pounded the zone with it consistently. CB showed good 1/7 shape and depth, tight spin, turning into a swing and miss pitch. Throws strikes with both pitches and was very efficient throughout outing. Projectable young arm, overall. Good student.
