William Duncan is a 2018 RHP/OF with a 6-5 190 lb. frame from Richardson, TX who attends Richardson HS. Long and athletic build with some present strength and plenty of physical projection. Big arm hook in back coming around to a crossfire 3/4's arm slot, effort delivery and will spin off his front side, remains pretty consistent in his mechanics for all that is going on. Upper 80's fastball, topped out at 90 mph, gets to both sides of the plate well with his fastball, gets cutting action to the glove side and some run arm side. Soft curveball but has a feel for spinning it and landing it in the strike zone. Good student.
