Ryan Iovine is a 2019 RHP with a 6-0 152 lb. frame from Hainesport, NJ who attends Rancocas Valley High School. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean, projectable build with room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 5.47 40-yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, begins delivery with a side step moving into a high leg lift above belt; full and easy arm action through the back working to a high three-quarters release point. Short stride down the mound, can continue to implement additional lower half into drive. Showed balance to delivery and remained on time with release point well, fastball topped out at 80 mph, mostly straight but flashed running life to his arm side. Short slider at 71 mph, flashed tilt to it. Very good student.
