Michael Harris II is a 2019 OF/LHP with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Ellenwood, GA who attends Stockbridge HS. Strong athletic build, especially in the lower half. 6.75 runner, works through the ball athletically in the outfield, fast and short arm action, gets on top well with good carry, accurate throws. Switch-hitter, looks like a natural left hander with good bat speed from that side, gets coiled well and attacks the ball with a pull oriented approach with some loft in his swing, young mechanics and bat speed right handed. Also pitched, short stride out front with a high 3/4's arm slot, pretty low effort mechanics and good looseness out front. Fastball topped out at 90 mph, showed good curveball spin with some biting action. Bat will determine positional future but might have as much potential on the mound. Good student.
