Jonathon Artigues is a 2015 SS/RHP with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Bay Saint Louis, MS who attends St Stanislaus. Highly athletic, projectable, wiry build. Ran a 6.90 60 yard dash. Shows soft hands on the infield and exchanges the ball cleanly. Above average, clean fielding actions and has the arm to play on the left side. Good defensive profile. Bats right-handed, works from a balanced approach and shows good, quick hands. Works to the middle of the field and has lift in his swing. Makes, consistent solid contact and uses the opposite field well. Also reaches 85 mph on the mound from a high three-quarter arm action. Mixes a late diving 76 mph changeup and a curveball with good 11-5 depth. Excellent student. Named to Top Prospect list.
