Zachary Pop is a 2014 RHP with a 6-4 217 lb. frame from Brampton, ON who attends Notre Dame Catholic HS. Long lean build with room to fill out. Low hand delivery with very simple repeatable mechanics. Short arm action to a high 3/4 arm slot. Fastball is straight. Plus easy arm action and spotted 93 to both sides of the plate. Slider has good depth, will have to make adjustment with slot to throw from same angle as fastball. High ceiling and very projectable. Over powered hitters with fastball and command. Named to Top Prospect List. Signed at Kentucky. Outstanding Student.
