Steven Curry is a 2016 SS/2B with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Alpharetta, GA who attends Milton. Medium frame, lean athletic build with room to fill. Loose easy swing with good bat speed, long path, projectable strength gives potential for power development, uppercut plane, used whole field in game at-bats, has a chance to develop into a high level hitting prospect. Accurate throws in infield, solid carry, moves well and charges the baseball well, solid athleticism to infield actions, hands work, good footwork. Also pitched and topped out at 78 mph from a three quarters arm slot with a compact arm action, 11-5 curveball. Good student. Named to the Southeast Underclass Showcase Top Prospect Team.
