Jared Shelton is a 2011 MIF/RHP with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Columbus, MS who attends New Hope HS. Lean athletic body, should be able to get stronger. 7.16 runner, quick infield actions, circles the ball well, nice footwork, quick release, throws carry well,c an handle the middle infield. Leg lift trigger hitting, quick hands, good looking swing, squares it up well, has bat speed, has an idea how to hit. Also pitched, Fastball to 81 mph, cross body delivery with some effort, short slider. Good student.
