Kolby Copeland is a 2012 OF/IF, RHP with a 6-2 186 lb. frame from Bossier City, LA who attends Parkway HS. Tall slender build, some present strength. Open stance, aggressive swing, generates very good bat speed, ball jumps off the barrel, nice power potential, pulls the ball hard, swing gets long at times. Smooth outfield actions, good routes and angles, shows arm strength, also plays IF but better suited for OF, 7.33 runner. Full delivery on the mound, good rhythm and extension, loose arm, FB topped at 83 mph, some depth to soft CB. Power is his big tool.
