Bizinkauskas is a 2005 RHP from Duxbury, MA. He has a young body at 6'0"/180 pounds. He threw from a 3/4 arm slot and has a smooth arm action. His fastball topped out at 82 mph with good tail at times. He throws a hard 10-4 breaking ball with decent movement at 70 mph that appeared to be more like a slurve. He has good command of all his pitches and hits his spots well. He is a smart pitcher that will be very effective at the next level. Peter is an excellent student.
