Skye Bolt is a 2012 OF with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Woodstock, GA who attends Holy Innocents HS. Long athletic build that is starting to get stronger, projects well. Excellent defensive tools, plays faster than his 6.9 60 time, good range in CF, fields through the ball well, plus arm strength, can shorten up his release and arm stroke a bit. Switch-hitter, similar approach and bat speed from both sides, short and quick to the ball, gets out to his front side, could extend better at times, blasted long home run left handed, likes ball down in the zone. Solid all around player who will keep improving. Good student, verbal commitment to North Carolina. Named to the Perfect Game All American Classic team.
