Carlton Bailey is a 2010 MIF with a 5'9'', 170 lb. frame from Texarkana, TX who attends Texas HS. Short athletic build, strong lower half. Quick first step defensively, moves to ball well, athletic balance, quick double play turn, solid arm strength. Simple short swing, solid bat speed, squares up and hits line drives, good balance, solid mid field contact, uses hands well. 6.62 speed is a plus both offensively/defensively. Outstanding student.
