Jonathan Atkinson is a 2028 RHP/C, MIF with a 5-4 118 lb. frame from Sarcoxie, MO who attends Pierce City. Small lean frame. In the infield, the lateral movements are under control to the fileding point where he secured it cleanly at times. The arm strength isn't there yet but should improve as he physically matures. At the plate,he sets up with an even base and high back elbow. From there he utilizes a striding load with hands that work direct. Approach utilizes the entire field. On the mound, he operates from a pretty standard delivery with belt high lft and fluid arm action to three-quarters release. Commanded the zone throughout the brief outing. 9.19 60-yard.
