Esteban Caraballo is a 2026 SS/MIF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Putnam, CT who attends Putnam Science Academy. Medium athletic build with some present strength for his age. 6.78 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, has bouncy athletic actions and moves very well, footwork is advanced for a freshman and gets his glove in good position to field the ball, arm works well, still developing consistency on his release. Has all the tools to be a next level middle of the field defender. Right handed hitter, hits from a wide base with a busy hand load, loads his weight back and tends to stay back at times, has good bat speed and hand quickness and gets the barrel out front consistently with good barrel to ball skills, mostly mid field line drive contact. Good student. Named to the Florida Workout Showcase Top Prospect List.
