Eathan Achenbach is a 2024 MIF/RHP with a 6-2 160 lb. frame from Council Bluffs, IA who attends Lewis Central. Recorded a 7.50 sixty yard dash time. Long and slender frame with room to fill. Primary middle infielder who shows lateral quickness to both sides and a quick arm action. Hands will continue to improve as he plays through the baseball, will make the routine plays with ease. Made accurate throws across the diamond. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a controlled delivery and loose arm action. Showed a slider with sharp horizontal movement. Also featured a curveball with more vertical movement. Right-handed hitter with an even base and square stance, utilizes a load stride for timing. Takes his hands direct to the baseball with a slight uphill bat path. Used the whole field with some feel for the barrel. At his best when everything stays connected, power will continue to improve as he creates leverage with lower half.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
