Colton McCaleb is a 2026 OF/ with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Mason, MI. A lean frame with a medium build. Ran a 7.35 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who was aggressive to it, carrying his momentum through it well. He fields the ball one-handed off of his front foot and gets rid of it quickly. Had a quicker arm action with throws that looked good out of the hand with a clean arm stroke. Threw 80 mph during his round of defensive reps. Good tempo overall in his round of outfield throws. A left-handed hitter with a high back elbow and a high hands. He uses an inward toe-tap getting into his stride. Gets the hands to it through the zone, extending out front to work pull-side. Also worked the middle of the field during his round of BP. Produced a 79 mph exit velocity during PG Tech testing. Also took to the mound as a left-handed pitcher who worked from the middle of the rubber out of the stretch. Used an open feet set working into a belt high leg lift. Drop and drive delivery working from a higher over-the-top arm slot. Repeated his delivery well. His fastball was up to 79 mph while working 75-79 mph throughout Live ABs. Flashed a curveball with 1-to-7 shape that had depth to it at 69 mph, spinning up to 2,120 RPMs. Also flashed a changeup in the low-70s that he killed spin on down to 1,398 RPMs with good fade to it. Overall had a good feel for all three pitches. Great student. Named to 2023 Michigan Indoor Showcase TP List.
