Charlie Sipe is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 5-9 190 lb. frame from Cape Coral, FL who attends Oasis Charter. Medium, broad shouldered build with some present strength throughout frame. Ran a 7.97 60-yard dahs. Primary outfielder, takes shorter steps on the approach to the ball, longer arm action through the backside, shows accuracy to the intended base, will continue to develop carry on throws, works to a three-quarters release, repeats actions. Also pitched, up to 75 mph on the mound, worked exclusively out of the stretch with a leg lift up to belt. Lands closed with strike foot coming down the mound, gets to a mid three-quarters release; filled the zone and pitched to contact, mixed a curveball at 60 mph. Right-handed hitter, begins with a high hand set and back elbow at the plate. Utilizes physical strength to generate nice present bat speed through zone, creates some impact when squared and on time, best when getting extended at point of contact. Excellent student.
