Max McCawley is a 2027 RHP/1B, 3B, OF with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Fort Lauderdale, FL who attends Pine Crest HS. Recorded an 8.83 second 60-yard dash time. Larger frame with some strength present. Primary right-handed pitcher with a small turn step into a leg lift at the belt. Arm gets up early with a compact delivery. Cutting fastballs in the upper-60s. Curveball shows 12/6 shape with comfort in the pitch to throw it consistently. Can work to the glove side corner nicely. Arm strength plays from secondary positions of infield and first base. Right-handed hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and big stride forward. Quick hands and impacts the ball to the middle of the field. Projectable stroke with some strength off the barrel at present. Tremendous student.
