Justin Rackley is a 2026 OF/RHP, 2B, IF with a 5-7 120 lb. frame from Huntington Beach, CA who attends Marina. Recorded a 7.58 second 60-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with a medium frame and slender build. Accurate throws from the outfield at 75 mph working through the ball with direct-line momentum. Moves around pretty good with clean line to the ball and slightly uphill release on longer throws. Secondary right-handed pitcher with side step to belt-high lift from first base side of the slab. Full arm swing with push down action behind to a 3/4 arm slot getting down the slope. Fastball up to 74 mph (1450 RPM) and 11/5 curveball (1610 RPM) which he landed for strikes. Featured a changeup with fading action between innings at 62 mph (1010 RPM). Throws from the infield at 67 mph with developing footwork on the left side of the infield. Switch-hitter with a narrow base and open stance with high hands from the left side. Direct and level bat path through the zone with pull side approach. Right-handed hitter with narrow base and leg-lift trigger stride. Slight weight shift into contact with more impact and barrel control from the right side. Excellent student.
