Hayden Cap is a 2027 C/RHP/IF with a 5-3 101 lb. frame from Centennial, CO. Slender frame with plenty of room to add more as he gets older. Ran the 60 yard dash in 9.00 seconds. Primary catcher, slight side saddle set up, throws from a higher stance, pivots and throws. Still working on the arm accuracy, the strength will come as he gets older. Clocked a 3.16 on throws down to seconds base. Also worked out in the infield, worked through the ball with stiff hands, has a big windup displayed accurate throws. From the mound throws from a three-quarter arm slot, has a semi-windup,slides across the rubber with a drop and drive delivery. The fastball sat 57-62 mph, still working on the accuracy. At the plate, switch hitter,hits from an upright stance, has a soft level swing.
