James Fagnant is a 2024 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from East Granby, CT who attends East Granby. Features a smaller frame with present athleticism. Ran a 7.03 60yd dash. At SS, he showed bounce and lightness to his feet/actions. Worked low to the ground with soft/sure hands. Showed avg. quickness to release where his accurate arm was up to an easy 86 mph across the diamond. At the plate, he sits in a relaxed stance. His loose hands throw the barrel on a clean path that stays through the middle producing LD barrels to both gaps throughout his round. There is easy balance to the swing that exhibited above avg. bat speed with present barrel accuracy.
