Arthur Chavez is a 2025 C/3B with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Colton, CA who attends Notre Dame. Medium build, shows good size to both halves with more in store as he physically develops. Ran a 7.52 in the 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, stays low in the crouch and gains ground well. Has some quickness to the hands with a solid transfer into accurate throws on a line. Gains ground well. Left-handed hitter, upright stance with hands closer to the letters. Works the barrel out front with lots of hands in the path. Some quickness and intent that can develop. Excellent student.
