Cole Travers is a 2026 RHP/3B with a 6-2 168 lb. frame from Sebring, FL who attends Sebring. Large, athletic frame with square shoulders and long limbs, projectable build with room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.87 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, fields the ball out front and shows confidence in actions, works behind the ball nicely and makes the plays,, longer release pattern but shows strength and carry on throws across to first base. Also pitched, begins with a leg lift up to belt, lands on line coming down the mound with strike foot; full hand pump prior to hand break, deep arm action through the back with some present quickness getting up to a three-quarters release point. Fastball topped out at 77 mph, showed heavy running life when on top and working down in the zone, worked around the strike zone well and filled it up with all three pitches. Changeup shows depth to it with fading life up to 70 mph, kills the spin well and shows a feel for it as his best offering in this look. Developing feel for a consistent shape to breaker, up to 65 mph and tends to slow arm on release, pitched to contact. Right-handed hitter, begins with an even base and a high back elbow in the box; utilizes a hover leg lift for timing. Showed comfort and execution of working to the middle of the field, works on a linear path through the zone and creates hard line drive contact off of the barrel when squared up. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
