Emmanuel "Manny" Lantigua is a 2025 SS/RHP with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Delray Beach, FL who attends St. John Paul II. Medium athletic build with broad shoulders and good present strength. 7.07 runner in the sixty. Has easy actions in the middle infield, fields the ball cleanly out front, good balance and glove actions on the back hand, arm works very easily, plus arm strength from multiple arm angles, charges the ball with footwork and balance, high level defensive infielder. Switch-hitter, natural right handed hitter with a pronounced coil and load, creates bat speed and smooth extension through contact, line drive swing plane. Similar smooth swing left handed without quite the same bat speed, hits through the ball well with some carry. Good student, verbal commitment to Florida State.
