Kinkade Clark is a 2023 3B/RHP/IF with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Brandon, MS who attends Brandon HS. Medium athletic build with some present strength and room for plenty more. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a hanging leg lift load, has good rhythm and timing to his swing, showed quick hands and good bat speed, accurate barrel with consistent line drive contact, polished approach that will enable him to keep growing as a hitter as he gets older. 7.46 runner in the sixty. Primary infielder on defense, has plenty of arm strength for the left side of the diamond, moves well with his lower half and had smooth back hand actions. Also played the outfield with plenty of arm strength and good overall athleticism. Took a turn on the mound, showed good arm speed with a whippy 3/4's arm action, some crossfire action out front. Fastball worked in the mid-80's and topped out at 87 mph, gets some arm side running action at times. Change up was his best secondary pitch this outing, nice arm speed with some fading action. Tends to overthrow his curveball at present. Nice all around athlete with plenty of projection. Good student. Named to the Sunshine Gulf Coast Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
