2022 WWBA West Workout Showcase (July 8)
Cooper Shrum is a 2026 RHP/UT with a 6-3 160 lb. frame from Belton, MO who attends Belton. Lean, athletic frame with loads of physical projection. Long levers and length throughout the build gives it a lot to dream upon. Primary right-handed pitcher up touching low/mid-80s from a loose three-quarter slot. Feel for fading changeup and breaking ball continue to improve. Secondary infielder, present arm strength with a softer hands and a crisp transfer. Some athleticism on the dirt. Left-handed hitter from an even base, generates lift and uses strength to drive the ball. Simple loading mechanics help with timing at points. Really sound arm talent with a projectable frame that can really shine as he physically develops. Excellent student. Verbal commitment to Tennessee. Named to the WWBA West Workout Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
