Sebastian Perez is a 2022 RHP/1B with a 6-5 225 lb. frame from Southwest Ranches, FL who attends West Broward. Extra large build with plenty of lower half strength. Easy low effort delivery with a medium length arm action and a 3/4's arm slot, repeatable mechanics. Steady upper 80's fastball, topped out at 90 mph, has been up to 94 mph at PG events before, works mostly arm side with his fastball with good running life at times. Change up was his best secondary offering, maintains full arm speed and has some fading life. Tends to slow arm speed on his curveball. Good student, verbal commitment to Miami.
