JR Talbert is a 2021 RHP/OF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Pikesville, MD who attends Pikesville. Has an athletic frame with room to gain. Ran a 7.20 60 yard dash. The primary right handed pitcher begins with a belt high leg lift, has an up tempo delivery with a loose and quick arm. Talbert moves his fastball on both sides of the plate with some arm side run peaking at 81 MPH. The curveball has 11/5 shape with good depth out of the same arm slot as his fastball. He has good athleticism and plays his position extremely well defensively. Good student.
