Jake Campbell is a 2019 RHP/ with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Fort Collins, CO who attends Rocky Mountain. Medium frame with a lean build and wiry strength. Frame projects to support additional strength. Primary right handed pitcher with a side step to high leg lift delivery. Loose arm circle at take back and released from a high three-quarters arm slot. Fastball flashed varying life with occasional sink and run to arm side in the low 80's, topped at 84 miles per hour. Slider showed two plane depth with solid tilt in the low 70's. Also utilized a curveball offering that created loose spin with solid depth when located down in the zone. Repeated mechanics well and continuously pitched to the bottom quadrants of the strike zone. Very good student. Named to t he 2018 Rocky Mountain Showcase Top Prospect List.
