Christian Del Campo is a 2022 C/RHP, OF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Alonso. Medium frame with an already filling out build showing strength throughout the frame. Ran a 7.41 second sixty yard dash. Primary Catcher, sitting high in his stance at times as he reaches for the baseball out front. Gains ground on throw downs and was urgent with the transfer. Accurate throws as he recorded a pop time of 2.03 seconds. Fundamentally sound and projects well here going forward. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, working exclusively from the stretch. Repeatable in his actions as he lifts to the belt and then drives down the hill, staying online. Compact arm action in the back before releasing from a higher three-quarter slot. Does a good job working downhill as he proved he could work the fastball to both sides of the dish, running it up to 86 mph. Also mixed in a fading changeup and a slurvy breaking ball showing big depth that rounded off his off-speed arsenal. Secondary Outfielder, sitting back on the baseball a bit as he makes sure to take efficient routes. Gathers it cleanly to the side and then carries weight well into throws. Quick on the release as he threw it 85 mph with carry to the bag. Right-Handed Hitter, starting spread out with an open front side. Knee to knee type load and then strides out. Fires the hips and then triggers the hands as he works into an uphill swing path. Looks to do damage with every cut. Very loud contact when he found the barrel and proved to have power in the bat. Outstanding Student. Named to World Uncommitted Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
