Cole English is a 2020 RHP/1B, OF with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Locust Grove, GA who attends Locust Grove. Showcased a larger frame with a very physical presence. Mature strength with a sturdy lower half. Ran a 8.34 second sixty yard dash. Primary Righthanded pitcher working with a higher leg kick with the toe down. Smooth, easy delivery with a faster paced motion. Drives with legs gaining extra velocity with them. High three-quarter arm slot with medium depth arm action. Looked to pound the outer half of the plate then bust hitters inside. Pitched off the fastball that topped out at 88 mph with some arm side run as it got in on hitters hands at times. Slider showed tight spin with good depth getting some buckling knees with it. Commanded it well. Very solid mound presence as he showed to be mentally tough. Good Student.
