Jack Whorf is a 2019 OF/2B with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Weston, MA who attends Xaverian Brothers. Medium frame with good strength to build at present; body projects well. Sets up to hit from even stance with high back elbow, smaller leg lift trigger, shows good bat speed through the zone with lofted path, geared to hit rising line drives. Shows good ability to work to all fields at times, flashed juice to pull side. Worked out in the outfield, moves in on ball well and lines it up, shows ability to work through the ball, fields cleanly, throws from high three quarters slot and flashes online carry. Very good student.
